Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa, depending on the information you provide.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or you received a damaged or incorrect product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
